Typically, products are ready to ship within 1 to 2 weeks, with smaller items often dispatched more quickly. For larger items like footstools, additional time may be required. Upon order placement, a more precise timeframe can be provided. Smaller parcels are entrusted to Royal Mail, while larger ones are handled by Parcelforce, ensuring reliable delivery for all items.

EU Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
EEA Countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway.
Northern Ireland: As part of the Northern Ireland Protocol, separate from Great Britain, this region also falls under GPSR restrictions.
However, we are able to ship to Canada, the USA, and Australia.
